CS Smokes.fyi is provided as a free tactical reference tool for Counter-Strike 2 players. Use of the platform is at your own risk, and the service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranty of uninterrupted operation.
2. Consumer Protection & Pricing
Creating an account and accessing the Playbook and Pro Hub is currently 100% free. No payments are processed, and no payment details are requested.
Should paid premium tiers or features be introduced in the future, all prices will be displayed transparently inclusive of applicable VAT/taxes, with an immediate electronic right of withdrawal in accordance with EU Consumer Rights Directives.

CS Smokes.fyi is an independent community project and is not sponsored, endorsed by, or affiliated with Valve Corporation. Match demo data is sourced from publicly broadcast professional esports matches.
4. User Conduct & Bug Reporting
Users may vote (upvote/downvote) and report broken or outdated lineups (e.g., following CS2 map updates or physics changes). Abuse, scraping manipulation, or deliberate distortion of platform data will result in immediate profile suspension.
5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
Any dispute regarding the use of CS Smokes.fyi shall be governed by the laws of Denmark, subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Denmark and the European Union.
